Bring it Back created and manages the first mobile application against Food Waste in Greece. Via the mobile application of Bring it Back, food stores offer the not consumed fresh food to consumers, in high discount (more than 50%).

As a result, food stores can sell the not consumed food and avoid garbages, waste of resources. At the same time, food stores can gain a part or 100% of the cost. The supply of not consumed food is easy: the store makes a package of the not consumed food and sets the initial value of the meal (i.e. 9 euros) and the final price (i.e. 3,5 euros) that consumers will pay. The daily availability can easily be adjusted via the administrative system of Bring it Back.

Consumers have the opportunity to enjoy a meal in low price and support a sustainable way of life by reducing Food Waste and walk to the store to get the bought package. To buy a fresh meal, the consumers find the store they prefer via the mobile application of Bring it Back and then they complete the payment -via the safe environment of Stripe- also via the mobile application.

The project benefits Environment-Businesses-Consumers at the same time, since a win-win-win deal is offered to all parts.
