Providing a community-based regular home delivery service to local residents will realize a circular economy in rural life in Japan.

Long description

The Great East Japan Earthquake triggered our migration and we were confronted with the reality that both Tokyo and the countryside are unsustainable and the problem of aging population.

A. The collapse of communities that used to live together and take care of each other.
B. An increase in the number of households that have difficulty going out for shopping (shopping refugees).
C. Households buy supermarket products from unsustainable farming and logistics practices in the suburbs by gasoline-powered cars. Mass incineration of food waste as well.

Therefore, CSD (fixed-route scheduled order delivery with community membership) service is provided to 1. share logistics > 2. become a warm and humane community > 3. become organic buyers > 4. shift their lifestyle to become prosumer themselves.

For A, we will organize a community of members who can mutually care for each other, and will patrol the same route every 3 days with 12 visits/driver. Drivers will use ZOOM broadcasts as coordinators to foster mutual care, chatting, and care for each other in the community.
For B. Commonize the delivery of goods purchased from conventional stores, and collect and deliver items grouped by customer by various dealers, home delivery, postal and other services and CSAs. Collection of garbage, etc. as well. Pre-payment by membership fee and deposit system.
For C. Linkage and recommendation with CSAs (regular purchase and provision of food waste) . In addition, produce from each household is loaded into boxes for each household to sell on their behalf.
