Our proposal goes beyond plastic bags not compatible with most septic tanks and the toxicity of a huge pile of dog waste is still alive. Moreover, to attract more people to clean after their pets. We are powering the concept with blockchain rewards every time they dispose properly. Those rewards can be redeemed for government services and other private companies that would like to join the movement. And we want to design hardware to reduce friction during the action of picking it up. (eeww)
