Modular biodigesters for better waste management and reduction of natural gas as the main source of heating fuel.
Long description
It’s an alternative for turning organic waste into fuel instead of going to a landfill. A biodigester can produce gas so the user reduces its consumption of fossil fuels as a source of heat. Modular biodigesters can be adapted to the users’ needs considering the amount and type of waste available. At the same time, a fertilizer is obtained as a byproduct of the process, which can be retrieved and later sold to farmers. The main idea is to have a container where the user dumps their waste directly into a grinder which then connects to the reactors below, and doses it to each reactor depending on its needs to optimize production. The business model focuses on selling the units, posterior maintenance, and adding the collection of fertilizer as a sort of subscription where the cost of maintenance is reduced in exchange, treating the byproduct obtained and selling it as a high-quality organic fertilizer.
