It’s a system that transforms lime waste into a membrane and the membrane into possible compost, for the Taquerías from street food to fine dining, how does it works? Through the peel, segments and pulp extracted from the lime, what for ? To take advantage of waste by converting it into a useful object and when it is thrown away it becomes compost, contributing to a circular economy.
