RESSIGI is a creative sewing family business based in Sorocaba, SP. Its mission is to give useful and creative meaning to fabrics with ethical and socio-environmental responsibility.

We aim to deliver products that are useful, practical, and accessible to everyone, applying the precepts of the circular economy and upcycling. Our main product is returnable bags (ecobags). But we also produce bags, lunchboxes, placemats, etc.

Our main raw material comes from the furniture and upholstery industries. Good furniture makers use excellent quality fabrics that are water and sun resistant. Besides being beautiful, elegant, and unique.   But this sector has difficulty disposing of its waste, due to the difficulty of separating the materials. These are normally sent to landfills or incinerated.

RESSIGI appears in this section! Our production begins with the collection of these textile wastes. We separate and wash them, seeking to take advantage of each scrap. Afterwards, the fabrics are designated according to their type and size characteristics.

And so the creative process begins! The design of our products is made to be something simple, practical, accessible, and beautiful. With the proposal that people use them on a daily basis. And that’s why we also invest in customization, so that they carry the personality of each one.

And to promote circularity, we repair purchased products free of charge. Thus, these can be used for many, many years!
