Vegan leather made with apple waste from the apple juice in Aomori prefecture in Japan. Aomori is a home of Fuji apple, so there are many apples orchards in this region. There are apple juice companies that sell their delicious apple juice in Japan and other countries. But they produce apple waste that is dispose about 2000 tons each year. We use the apple waste from the apple juice company and turn them into apple leather.
