Cities around the world live with a social problem of animals abandoned in the streets, which generates diseases, and lack of control of zoonoses in cities. The population resorts to dog shelters to try to solve this problem, but they are not the best solution, instead of being abandoned in the streets, they are confined in small spaces lacking attention and better living conditions, and the shelters sheltered from the assistance of the society to survive, often fail to get public attention to the cause. In order to solve this problem, we created the social shelter for homeless animals, which will be public portable shelters that remain throughout the cities at strategic points, controlled by cell phone applications, where the government can provide citizens with control over the care of their animals, including – in the coexistence of the Society. the app notifies you where there is a lack of food and water, and many volunteers can help by going to the nearest place to their home and supplying the shelter they are interested in. the animals are free to come and go, gain the attention of society as a whole and undergo population control with castration and chip, gain a virtual identity where they become a citizen cared for by their city.
