In this era of the the 21 century, the world is undergoing rapid technological advancement and industrial development which benefits the human race due to quality and bulk production of goods. The benefits of industrialization have also its negative impacts which are more serious to our current and future generation of our own leaders or our own children.This should leave a question to us “why” should we not be responsible for our own positive and negative actions to our environment and society as whole.

Our project goes with the title “WHY IDEA”. WHY IDEA is a change making project which currently aims at recycling wasted papers to produce reliable, durable, high quality, unique and environmental friendly products which are furniture such as chairs, tables, desks, drawers, cupboards, beds, paper mirror frames and paper canvases.

WHY IDEA project aims to solve the problem of cutting down trees to make furniture out of timber which leads to the effects of deforestation such as drought, soil eroison and global warming. We aim also to achieve a net-zero carbon world by reducing pollution caused by burning of wasted papers which leads to production of harmful fumes, smokes, dusts and gases such as carbondioxide which destructs the ozone layer and leads to global warming.

WHY stands for Wasted, Human, Yields-IDEA. WHY IDEA is a change making project .Our main vision and goal is to achieve a net-zero carbon world and also making positive impacts in our community as our motto says “WE MAKE CHANGES”.
