Zero-emission, Zero-waste and Zero-meat Japanese Product

Long description

  Foods generate a lot of wastes and carbon dioxide in the process of producing it. In this challenge, I focus on reducing carbon dioxide to Zero through producing unique Ramen, one of the Japanese signature food, by following three main solutions toward circular economy;

  • Zero Greenhouse gases emission: Zero Ramen is care about carbon footprint of ingredients which contribute to reduce greenhouse gases emission.
  • Zero Food waste: Zero Ramen is made by “made-to-order” system which produce no-waste and deep cultural experience through producing it.
  • Zero ingredients:  Zero Ramen consists from rich plant-based nutrients with animal-free, Gluten-free, GMO-free and additive-free.

 Japanese culture ZEN is derived from nature of earth, at the same time, pursues the minimalism both in materially and in spatially. Inspired by this ZEN concept, main design strategies are made as how customer could feel rich minimalism culture as a foreign culture and how customer could feel extraordinary deep experience with joy of eat.
